 Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

 

Directions:   

Mix together the lemon juice and plain yogurt in a small bowl.

Using a face brush, apply the lemon-yogurt mixture all over the face. Don’t put the mask around the eye area.

Leave it on your face for about 5-7 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.

Pat dry skin with a clean face towel.

Turmeric and Lemon Facial Mask

This turmeric and lemon facial mask makes a great natural exfoliating scrub if you have oily skin. This recipe calls for gram flour that helps remove dead skin cells, oil build-up, and dirt from the pores. The turmeric also has antibacterial and anti-acne components. While, the milk has lactic acid that can act as a cleansing agent, and the lemon prevents oiliness. For best results, use this facial mask weekly to prevent oily skin and for exfoliation.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons gram flour

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

¼ cup milk

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

Combine 2 tablespoons of gram flour and turmeric powder in a small bowl.

Stir in milk and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and blended well.

Apply the turmeric-lemon facial mask all over your face, spreading evenly.

Leave it on your face for about 20 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.

Pat dry skin with a clean face towel.

Leave for about 15-20 minutes. Then, rinse with warm water.
